Avoid Harmful Cleaners

• Do not use wax-furniture polish, abrasive or aggressive cleaners, bleach, or other hypochlorite (chlorine)-based cleaners.
• Avoid multipurpose cleaners, dilutes, acetone, alcohol, solvents, or similar products, as they will damage the surface.

Residue Buildup

• Avoid wax and polishes as they leave a residue buildup that is difficult to remove.

Recommended Cleaning Solution

• Use a solution of 5% liquid soap and 95% water.
• Clean with a damp (not wet) cloth and dry immediately with a soft, clean cloth.

Cooking Splashes

• Wipe cooking splashes immediately with a damp cloth and dust surfaces using a soft cloth only.

Oil-Based Substances

• If exposed to oil-based substances (e.g., olive oil, butter, margarine, cooking oil), clean the surface immediately to prevent staining.

Avoid Abrasive Materials

• Never use abrasive pads or cleaners on the furniture.

Painted Surfaces

• Handle painted products with great care to avoid chips, scratches, and dents.

Environmental Conditions

• Maintain kitchen, bedrooms and living space areas within domestic temperature and humidity levels:
• Temperature range: 16°C – 24°C.
• Relative humidity: 40% – 60%.

Spills and Condensation

• Clean and dry spills or condensation on fascias immediately, paying particular attention to sink areas and wet appliances. Damage caused by neglect is not covered under warranty.

Dishwasher Use

• Do not open dishwasher doors mid-cycle or immediately at the end of a cycle. Excess steam can cause damage not covered by warranty.

Floor and Surface Cleaning

• When washing floors and work surfaces, prevent liquid from accumulating on or near plinths and panels. Thoroughly dry these areas after cleaning.

Heat-Producing Appliances

• Ensure appliances that generate excessive heat (e.g., toasters, air fryers, microwaves) are properly ventilated and not placed under or near kitchen units.
• Steam-Producing Appliances
  • Avoid placing steam-generating appliances (e.g., steamers, coffee makers, kettles) underneath cabinets or near units where condensation may form.

Our care and maintenance kits and pens are perfect for repairing minor scratches, chips, or blemishes on your doors. These tools are specifically designed for use on timber and smooth painted surfaces, and are ideal for minor repairs to the backs and edges of doors. Please note, they are not recommended for use on door fronts. You can obtain these care and maintenance kits and pens from your STORI retailer, who can also assist with application, or you may choose to have them applied by a professional.

Care and maintenance kits and pens may vary slightly in colour over time due to manufacturing differences and aging. I.e. If your purchase was made over two years ago, the touch-up kit colour may not be an exact match. We strongly recommend testing the product on a small, inconspicuous area before full application.
