This thoughtfully designed kitchen was created to support the assisted living needs of a wheelchair user without compromising on style. Extra-wide walkways, deeper accessible workspaces and a dining area designed for comfortable access ensure the space is both practical and welcoming, giving the family a kitchen that truly works for everyone.

The aim of this project was to seamlessly unite two previously separate rooms into one welcoming, open-plan living space. By removing a dividing wall, we created a brighter, more connected environment that encourages conversation, making family time and entertaining effortless, and bringing sociable evenings back to the heart of the home.

This renovation was designed to create a modern kitchen that remained true to the character of the farmhouse setting. The client wanted a space that combined contemporary functionality and clean design with the warmth and charm of a traditional country home. The result is a beautifully balanced kitchen that offers modern convenience while retaining the timeless appeal and welcoming feel of farmhouse living.
